BK Pro League 2026/27 Fixtures Announced.
The Rwanda Premier League has released the fixtures for the 2026/27 BK Pro League season, covering all 34 rounds.
The 2026/27 campaign will feature 18 teams, 16 from Rwanda and two from Sudan. The season is scheduled to begin on September 4, 2026, and conclude on May 30, 2027.
The opening match will see Kiyovu Sports face Gorilla at Kigali Pele Stadium on September 4 at 3 p.m.
The fixtures for teams that will participate in continental competitions have not yet been assigned specific dates for their opening league matches, as they will also be involved in the preliminary rounds of the CAF Champions League and CAF Confederation Cup.
On the opening round, APR FC are scheduled to host Musanze at Kigali Pele Stadium, Bugesera will welcome Al Hilal at Bugesera Stadium, while Rayon Sports will host Al-Merrikh at Kigali Pele Stadium.
One of the most anticipated fixtures of the season will be the traditional rivalry between APR FC and Rayon Sports. The kick-off match between these two sides is scheduled to take place on November 21, 2026, at 5 p.m., with Rayon Sports hosting APR at Amahoro Stadium.
The return fixture, also set for Amahoro Stadium, will be played as part of Round 18. The exact date and kick-off time have not yet been confirmed, although the fixture is expected to take place between January 22 and 24, 2027.
